Solving our Inner Conflicts
Changing our Karma
September 23 7:30 – 9pm

Every day, we experience a variety of feelings and emotions, sometimes pleasant but very often unpleasant. When we understand that our discomfort, worries, sadness and pain are all parts of our mind, we will come to realise that it is possible to change our mental attitudes into more positive ones. With kindness and without guilt, the teachings on karma shed the light to dismantle all our inner conflicts through a process of introspection, guided by wisdom. In order to lead our life in the happy and confident manner we desire, we really need to learn to take full responsibility for our experiences and respond in a constructive manner, without self-pity or anger against ourself, others or life.
Open to everyone • No pre-requisites • PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED • Live StreamIn-person
Gen-la is a Kadampa Buddhist monk who has been studying under the guidance of his teacher Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 40 years. This Talk is a precious opportunity to receive encouragement and inspiration from this qualified teacher, so that we can understand our own mind, know how to dismantle our negative mental attitudes and actively change our karma to solve our inner conflicts.
