Falling in Love Without Getting Hurt
The Courage to Love
Feb 15, 2020 • 9:30am – 4:00pm
With Gen Kelsang Chögyan

Lost relationships, a broken heart, fear of commitment… Rather than hardening our hearts, how can we find our trust in love once again? Is it possible to fall in love without getting hurt? In this daycourse, Gen Chögyan will give clear explanations to differentiate between love and attachment and to learn to engage in our relationships without fear of being hurt or let down.

In this daycourse, we will see how to distinguish between love and attachment and to cultivate pure, sincere love.

  • Understanding what makes us suffer in our relationships
  • Learning to develop pure love
  • Finding our trust in love once again
