Guèn Kelsang Chögyan is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Montreal. She has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of her teacher, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. In a practical and accessible way, Gen Chögyan presents the methods that allow us to improve our human nature and our inner qualities so we can develop the capacity of our mind.
