Buddhist Meditation

The main aim of the Buddhist spiritual path is training our mind so we can learn to solve our daily problems and improve our overall well-being. Its main tool: meditation. In this series of 4 classes, we will explore the basic foundation of Kadampa meditation, characterized by its practical application of Buddha’s teachings into our daily life.

Marco Lisi teaches the classes in Griffintown as well as the Thursday evening classes at KMC Montreal (in English). He has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for several years and is a student on the Special Teacher Training Program (STTP). He shares his experience of the teachings with clarity and warmth and is a dedicated member of the spiritual community. Marco also teaches occasional classes in French at KMCM.
