Katrina has been practicing Kadampa Buddhist meditation for over 15 years. During this Day Course, she will share basic methods for establishing a daily meditation practice. By putting these instructions into practice everyone can gain confidence in their ability to deepen their experience of peace of mind by improving their concentration.

The purpose of meditation is to learn how to develop and maintain positive states of mind and overcome negative mental habits. Through this meditation workshop, you will discover the practice of meditation, develop the confidence to integrate it into your daily life and in your ability to make yourself positive and happy.

The teacher will explain the basics of meditation and guide you through various simple and effective meditations to :
- create an inner space and a daily calm ;
- calm our minds by freeing them from negative thoughts;
- experience more joy in our lives.
