  • The purpose of meditation is to learn how to develop and maintain positive states of mind and overcome negative mental habits. Through this meditation workshop, you will discover the practice of meditation, develop the confidence to integrate it into your daily life and in your ability to make yourself positive and happy.

    The teacher will explain the basics of meditation and guide you through various simple and effective meditations to :

    - create an inner space and a daily calm ;

    - calm our minds by freeing them from negative thoughts;

    - experience more joy in our lives.
