Special weekend course with Guest Teacher Gen Samten Kelsang • Taking and Giving: a Meditation Practice for our Times

  • During this special weekend course, Gen Samten will teach us an incredible method for elevating the simple act of breathing into a powerful action of transformation and healing. Through the practice of taking and giving mounted on the breath, we'll experience an uncommon mental peace and happiness, naturally enhancing our love, compassion, concentration and wisdom. In this way, our every breath can give profound meaning to our lives.

  • With Gen Samten Kelsang

Resident Teacher at KMC New York, Gen Samten Kelsang also teaches elsewhere in the U.S. and around the world.
